Paid $20 for a soak off that left my nails paper thin and sensitive to the touch. I made a same day appointment for a soak off. The lady that took me filed them straight off without soaking them, leaving a bunch of random filing dents. I soaked three nails off myself before the appointment and these nails are much healthier without any of the strange filing dents so I know it wasn’t the condition of my nails before. She even used an old nail file which I’m sure is unsanitary. I used to come here regularly but it seems like they no longer care about the health of your nails.

Gloria is absolutely amazing! Such attention to detail and ensuring you’re happy with your service. Most relaxing pedicure I’ve had in som time. Wonderful service all around; I’ll be back!

What I asked for and what I got. It took almost 3 hours for a hard gel set. I kept having to tell her they weren't the same length.... I got quoted $70 and went to pay it was $87. What? I had to leave so I didn't have the time for fixing it. These were my wedding nails btw. Disappointed to say the least.

Vivi is absolutely amazing—I usually gatekeep, but she deserves all the praise! Her attention to detail and massages are unmatched. And a huge shoutout to Hanna for pampering my 12-year-old son and making our experience so special. She was incredibly kind, gentle and the whole visit feels like a treat, every time. I’ve never had a bad experience or bad tech — this is the place for top tier service in Vegas.

Jenny hooked me up! She took her time with my gel fill, ombré and designs. I absolutely love the way they turned out and I will definitely be returning in two weeks.
