First Nailz

We called last minute to schedule an appointment for later that evening not expecting for them to have availability but they decided to squeeze my husband & I for a few hours from the call and was super pleased with the professionalism, treatment, and work. My husband kept raving about how amazing his pedicure was and how thorough the lady was getting all the extra skin. I love how my technician asked me questions regarding what I wanted and gave me advice but still the option to decide for myself. Andy was my tech and you can tell he appreciated building long-time clientele.

I had a bad experience at the nail shop across the street on Decatur, but I’m so glad I decided to drive over to FIRST NAILZ instead. From the moment I walked in, I received the best customer service experience all thanks to the manager, Andy. He greeted me right away and made the whole visit feel comfortable and welcoming. It wasn’t awkward at all … it honestly felt like I had known him for years. He’s so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. If you’re unsure who to book with, definitely go to Andy the manager and make an appointment. You won’t regret it!

My first time getting my nails done here and I got a french tip full set and they’re PERFECTT :) !! I love everything about this place, the staff, the environment, I felt very comfortable here and they seem to treat their regulars very well like family. (First photo are the results and the second photo was what I asked for) Andy was wonderful and he exceeded my expectations, I’m definitely coming back in the future !

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The service I received was poor, and the results did not meet basic expectations. When I tried to call and give them a chance to fix the issue, I was given the runaround—the manager ask to come back and fix and I did he only took a lot bit of my nail polish and re apply it again I told him my nail looked very thick he didn’t fix it he answered me saying what are your talking about nothing can be change he didn’t want to make things right , I didn’t want to put a review but after trying to fix it they decline it It’s frustrating to spend money on a service and then be treated poorly when trying to resolve it. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

This was my first time at First Nailz, but it will not be the last! Han was incredible. Everybody here was super polite, but the salon was clean and the Deluxe Pedicure was on point highly recommend this salon!
