2025-05-10Horrible. Warning! Make sure you ask how much they are charging you!!! Went in for a reg fill and asked for regular nail polish as the color was bright and I did not think I wanted to have it on for longer than a week and save some extra bucks. The woman was upset when I asked for regular polished. After I was there for a while I asked another lady if I can check out. Upon checking out she said the total is $45.. $45 for fill no gel? I said wow why and she mentioned they stopped offering regular polish and it’s going to be the same price as gel. And I said she didn’t tell me that if I’m paying the same price why wouldn’t she tell me and her answer was oh yea sorry. I was extremely shocked! And I said if I would’ve known that I would’ve got gel and not wasted their nor my time. She said I can give you a discount that’s it..I wouldn’t mind paying for something I know was done right or at least the customer service..I will have to go elsewhere to get them filled properly. I would not recommend this place!
