The Nail Garden

I came in without an appointment and these ladies were amazing. The attention to detail was perfect and I got exactly what I wanted down to the T. Cindy did my manicure full set with gel and Monica did my pedicure also with gel. Such an amazing job. I will definitely come back again. A small business that does nails better than most popular nail salons.

The Nail Garden was the WORST experience ever. I came to town to visit my daughter and grandkids, and we decided to get our nails done—big mistake. First off, the place was absolutely filthy. They did NOT clean the tools between customers, and I even watched them go from one person to another without sanitizing anything. They didn’t even bother to cut my grandson’s toenail. My own toes are now infected from their careless work. My daughter’s nails came out a mess, with paint all over her fingers. They were dishonest with pricing too—first told me $50, then $60, then charged $52. On top of that, they never gave us a choice in what services we wanted. I asked for clear polish and didn’t even get that. This salon is unsanitary, unprofessional, and dishonest. I will never go back, and I warn anyone else—don’t waste your time or money here unless you want an infection and a scam.

I just moved here and chose this salon because it was highly rated, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I’ve never had such a poor pedicure. Midway through, I actually switched from gel to regular polish because I could already see things weren’t going well. The tools looked old and did not seem properly cleaned or sanitized. My old gel wasn’t fully removed, and even though I asked for filing only, my nails were still cut. The end result speaks for itself (see picture). For $52, I honestly could have done a better job myself.

This was by far the WORST nail salon experience I’ve ever had! The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and I noticed they were not sanitizing tools between clients. They used the same tools on me and then went straight to my mom without cleaning them. On top of that, the tech actually cut up my mom’s feet during her pedicure, and now they look infected. She didn’t even remove my mom’s previous polish before painting over it, and left nail polish all over my fingers after my service. The pricing was also dishonest. I was first told $50, but then overheard her telling another worker to make it $60—even though my mom never even got gel on her toes. Then, somehow, they charged her $52. Completely unprofessional, unsanitary, and careless. I will never go back here, and I would warn others to think twice before going.
