2025-07-24I used to love coming here. They got a new receptionist (the old one was lovely) and she's not very nice OR professional. First time she said "Wow you owe a LOT!" really loud so the entire waiting room could hear even though I'm on a payment plan with their billing department and it was current, we just had some miles removed and it was way more expensive than I thought it would be. When scheduling the next appointments she acts super snooty and annoyed...are we in high school? I'm here now and I was 8 minutes late to my appointment (drove 2 hours to get here) and she said "Oh, I put you down as a no show so you'll just have to sit and wait for an opening." Well, last time I was here I waited an hour and a half to be seen and I was 10 minutes EARLY for my appointment. The front desk makes or breaks you as a doctor. Time to go somewhere else until they replace her! Bye! Love Brandie and her nurses though...so sad I have to put up with her to get to them :(
