I was feeling so sluggish and run-down after being sick, I needed a boost. I decided to try the IV Immunity Therapy at Elko Med Spa, and it was amazing! I felt so much better and had a noticeable increase in energy afterward. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. They thoroughly checked my vitals and made me super comfortable, especially since it was my first IV ever outside of a hospital visit. Plus, the atmosphere is so clean and calm – it’s my happy place and an extremely relaxing place to be. I definitely recommend it! I've also had Vasculaze and Diamond Glow treatments there, and I'm currently doing their body sculpting and weight management program. Elko Med Spa is seriously the best place ever!

Josie is the absolute BEST! She listens to your wants but also isn't afraid to tell you when something won't work which I appreciate so much! The whole team is welcoming and so amazing! Elko Replenish Med Spa is hands down the best place in Elko for all your med spa needs. I have been going here since their doors opened and they’re the only place I trust to do my treatments. Josie and her team continue to grow, learn and remain humble along the way. Josie had done all my fillers ( lips, jawline, nasal folds etc) as well as Botox and other various cosmetic treatments. I came here because every time I go out of town I come home sick. I tend to pick up every "bug" out there. I do have autoimmune so I decided to try to boost my immune system. Yesterday was my first MEGA immune boost infusion. The nurse was very sweet and knew what she was doing. The provider was phenomenal! She looked at my paperwork and knew instantly what I needed. It took about an hour and today... I already feel better! Amazing! I wish I would have done this a few years ago. I will be returning!
