Nouveau Nails

Amanda was amazing! She took her time and gave me a fantastic pedicure! She didn’t like the way one of the nails was dry and came back to redo it so it looks amazing. The hot stone hit the right spot in the arch of my foot. Thank you Amanda!!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this nail salon. So friendly and welcoming when you first come in then you look around and see how nicely they have everything set up. Always clean and quick to get to work but they always take their time making sure you walk out of the door with exactly what want!

The salon does a great job. My issues with them are not with the quality of their work. It is with their customer service. I have been going there for years. I had my nails done yesterday. I damaged a nail last evening. I went in this morning as soon as they opened and asked if they could fix it. They said no and to asked me to come back later. I said I was going out of town and couldn’t. They didn’t care. I know they were busy but good customer service would have been to squeeze me in. It would have taken someone to 10 minutes at most. You would think they would treat their long time customers with more respect. I will not return to the salon.

Always an exceptional experience. I almost always walk in and I rarely wait more than 20 minutes for my pedicure. Every person I have had has done an amazing job. Very clean, I have never had an issue with the services I have received. Everyone is so nice. They recognize me when I walk in. I would not go anywhere else!
