2025-04-01My grandmother, my 4-year-old and myself all got service this time and they were absolutely wonderful 💜 considering my grandmother is heavily disabled I was afraid they would not be able to service her but they were more than helpful and even made adjustments so that way she could get a pedicure done. The woman who did my nails goes by 'T' was fabulous and well experienced.

2025-02-17BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! We called earlier and got a warm fuzzy feeling. Got mischarged twice. They took us back right away and got working on my nails but my daughter waited next to me while the girl doing her nails passed her off to another gentlemen, waited nearly 45 minutes to get her nails done and tried to stick acrylics on her after saying no 3x’s, then they couldn’t do nail art on my daughter’s nails after I called earlier asking if they could. 💅 IT’S HER 16TH BIRTHDAY! I had hoped she would’ve been treated better. They were willing to give me a hand massage and hot towel and didn’t do the same for her knowing I wanted her to feel special on HER BIRTHDAY! Dark polish left on her skin not even cleaned up. I paid and we left so I could run to Walmart and fix their “disaster” (16 year old words). I can’t wait to take her somewhere else. This was disappointing. When I showed our family they said we shouldn’t have even paid. My nails have divots but I don’t really care I rarely get them done anyways. But for HER party to feel ruined because she wasn’t treated right. Then to have the backlash when I called it out my daughter even looked at me saying “are they mad I can’t have acrylics or something”

2025-05-08Kelly was amazing did a great job on my toes was so kind to me as well. Long was rude and while working on my nails was extremely aggressive. Did a horrible job on my nails. Every nail has bubbles and are extremely rough. I will not be returning after my experience today. Super disappointed want to enjoy getting pampered and that just ruined it.
