2025-12-19The esthetician did a good job with the facial itself, however I was expecting a consultation beforehand to discuss my skin concerns, as this was advertised as part of the service. Unfortunately, there was no consultation at all — the service began without any questions or discussion. I understand that she was running a bit late, which happens, but this felt like an important step that was skipped. Additionally, the environment was not very relaxing. The front desk staff member was on a personal call on speakerphone throughout my appointment, and the conversation could be heard clearly from the treatment room, which took away from the experience. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t return or recommend it to others based on these issues.

2025-12-13Laura did an amazing job. After my treatment I was being consulted my a gentleman named Angel (who came late to work) and who came off extremely condescending with several remarks, which made me not want to move forward with further conversation and decided I just want to pay and leave. I have never in my life had such poor customer relationship. They also did not allow me to pay. I came here to feel relaxad but I feel the complete opposite. I’m shaking as I type this because I have never been treated this poorly by any local business. I still cannot believe how I was talked to. I will never recommend this place to anyone (sorry Laura). It’s like twilight zone. I also see there is another review like mine by another person in the comments. OMG people please read the reviews. I wish I had!!!
