Legacy Nail Spa

Firstly I want to say the positive, the color red with the chrome on top is very pretty, and the main lady tried to correct the issue and fix what she saw was wrong. Here’s what was not the best: 1. The shaping of the nails was badly done. They were crooked and you can still see in these photos that it’s not the best almond shaping. 2. She cut me and drew blood twice, didn’t say anything. And then proceeded to get really close to my cuticles past where she should. It was burning and gave me hot flashes. 3. When she was filing my acrylics, she was going ham on it and made them look bulky, and I do my own gel extension nails so I know how to file and shape, and she just didn’t really have a good idea on how to do it I guess. 4. Customer service from the lady who did my nails was terrible. Said maybe 5 words to me the whole time. I asked her to fix my nail shape once and she wasn’t happy about it. 5. She was very rough with my hands and nails, and I have carpal tunnel syndrome and my fingers were going numb and tingling so bad, she just proceeded to press harder on my fingers when she was holding them and flipping my hands every which way aggressively. Lastly, she couldn’t figure out how to apply the chrome- she was doing it with her fingers… and the tool to use the chrome was right by her but she only used it on my first hand. Which was done fine with the chrome. But she refused to use it on my last hand, and was getting annoyed. So the head lady or whatever came over, fixed it, also saw how my nails were not done well and tried to fix it. Was very nice to me, and then when I was done I didn’t get oil rubbed on my nails or lotion or anything and the gal who did my whole nail job just said all done as I took my hands out the gel cures. She filed my fingers raw so that’s why I was mad about that. Then, I had to pay $75 for this. I paid without hesitation because I get it, it’s a service. It just wasn’t done well. I won’t be going back there, but I do wish them the best and hope that the lady I had that day goes through some more training before she does someone’s nail service they’re spending money on.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and I’ve never had any issues. Everyone here is so friendly and the work is top notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality nails.

Mindy does an amazing job with my nails! She shapes my acrylics perfectly. Very professional staff overall. Natalie did gorgeous spider nail art. Lots of colors and options to choose. They greet everyone the moment they walk in. Even when they are super busy, they will take the time to make sure you have a good experience and leave feeling pampered. I highly recommend upgrading to the pedicure with hot wax and stone massage.

With my work schedule changing, I always end up walking in (instead of making an appt) and I'm being taken care of right away. I have never once experienced bad service from anyone at Legacy. They're all very personable, yet professional. Thats what keeps me coming back each time. Joe is my favorite! He's vibrant and full of life and great at what he does!

Joe is hands down the best nail artist I’ve been to. He’s incredibly talented with nail designs and really takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect. I appreciated how he checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I loved my nails every step of the way. The final result was exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be going back to him.
