She was collaborative in helping find the right haircut, based both on my inspo photos AND what would work best with my hair, leaving me feeling incredibly confident. I’ve never booked a follow up appointment, but I’m excited or my next appointment with Leah! Beyond that, Their reception team was so helpful and considerate in helping me book my appointment. As someone who hasn’t been to the salon before, they were prompt in communication, understanding in my new-ness, and so helpful to get me the right appointment. Highly recommend!!
