Irma is honestly the best! I have never had a go-to stylist, but I do now! Her personality is so kind and fun, but also she is honest and I really appreciate that! She has saved me big bucks by telling me I didn't need to undergo a hair treatment because my hair hadn't grown out enough, and when I went back a few months later to get the treatment, it was SO much more worth it! She is a highly skilled hair stylist and takes her craft seriously! I loved all the cuts I've gotten from her! If you explain what you like, she can make it happen! Thank you, Irma!!!! :)

I enjoy having Tiffany as my stylist! My first appointment with her she walked me through everything that was going to happen, and made sure I was comfortable as well. When Tiffany’s done with my Brazilian blowout it looks amazing! Lilly does so amazing with my extension’s! She makes sure she asks if they feel okay to ensure you’re comfortable before leaving! I’m so thankful for have both ladies as my hairstylist! I couldn’t be happier with ever they do!

I came to The Worst Experience for a simple root touch-up. Instead, they dyed my entire head, and the color came out purple, not blonde like I asked. •Marissa• did my hair and apologized, but I don’t understand how someone considered a “high-end stylist” could mess up that badly and ignore what I asked for. The owner and manager came over and said they were sorry and would “try to fix it,” but they didn’t. My hair ended up with four different colors: purple, brown, blonde, and white. Then they asked what haircut I wanted, and I said layers, but they cut off 4-5 inches and made it way too short. I was at the salon from 9 a.m. to almost 5 p.m., and at that point, I just wanted to leave. They still charged me for the “high-end” service and gave me a tiny hair mask sample like that would make up for it. The next day, my mom called to ask if they could fix it, and they said they had no openings and that I could go somewhere else to fix it. Completely unprofessional. They ended up refunding everything, but that doesn’t change the fact that they ruined my hair. I had to go to Lockharts STL the next day, and thankfully they were able to fix it. They told me what was done to my hair was unnecessary and damaging. I do not recommend this place at all. They ignored what I asked, did the opposite, and handled the situation poorly.

Gwen made me feel really comfortable. As I was on the verge of tears because I had taken out extensions done by another stylist, and it had ripped the majority of my hair out I needed a quick fix and called the boulevard in Webster groves. They set me up with Gwen for a last-minute appointment and I was so nervous because I haven’t had my haircut by somebody in a long time. I sat in Gwen’s chair told her what happened to my hair. She assessed it and looked at me confidently and said we will fix it. I did know going into this that I would have to cut off the majority of my length and we did but she gave me a really cute haircut for my texture hair. As someone who suffers with a lot of anxiety I really appreciate how comfortable Gwen made me feel and how peaceful of an experience it was. I’ve made another appointment. I will be back.

Cait seriously works magic. Every time I go in, I never know exactly what I want and she helps me get there. She’s very talented, and just overall awesome. I appreciate her patience and always enjoy catching up ❤️ oh! And you have to get the deep condition, I could feel my stress melt away.
