Sole Lounge Day Spa

The atmosphere was nice and clean. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait around. I was seated within minutes of arriving. I was intrigued by the machine they have that shakes the polish to make sure it is mixed properly. The place is in downtown Webster Groves. They have on street free parking or a lot right across the street. The owner and employees engaged in conversation like I had been a regular customer and I was offered a cold beverage while being serviced. I loved the service and the great job that was done on my feet. I found this place via Groupon but definitely will be going back and taking my mom.

updated review! Megan filled my nails and redid my mother's for free after my previous review!! She was amazing. I have never had such perfect acrylic nails! I'm definitely coming back 😄 --previous review-- At first, I was extremely pleased. The customer service here is top notch -- staff was incredibly kind, threw in an extra service for free for my mother, and even let us take a polish of our choice home for no extra cost. However, these nails were not worth $100+. I left with gel all over my fingers, and the only customer service aspect I was displeased with was that I was visibly peeling the gel off of my hands and fingers, and staff did not make any comment or offer to correct it. After I got home, I noticed how lumpy the gel was. There were also hard, rough edges on every nail. This was supposed to be a treat for me, as I typically do my own false nails at home. Luckily, due to this, I had the equipment necessary to fix it. I ended up having to file every single nail to even the shape as much as I could, and I had to reapply my own gel top coat. I should not have paid $100+ to have to fix and redo my nails at home. pictured are my nails after I fixed them as best I could, as well as how horrendous they left my cuticles.

After a very stressful day, I had a pedicure. It was very relaxing. The woman (I forgot to ask her name) knew exactly where to massage and I felt instantly relaxed. I didn’t much because I needed to decompress. Highly recommend

I had come in to get my nails done after losing my dad. Megan asked how I was doing and I was honest that I was just feeling ok. I did not share I had just lost my father. This experience really made me feel better and treated me well. It means a lot that every customer has things they are dealing with and the shop treats you with such kindness. I read Megan’s story on the website and I support her journey and wish her much success. I really love she is there to take care of her workers who are deaf. My mother is deaf and I love what she does in supporting them and making sure she helps them communicate with the customers. I haven’t found a shop I like in St. Louis yet and glad to say I have finally found a nail shop I can trust and that I love after just one visit. I recommend Megan’s shop to everyone looking for a personable experience and looking for a place with extra charm.

Megan always does a phenomenal job on my nails! I’ve been to her three times now, and today she even added chrome for free just because she thought I’d love it — and she was right! She’s so thoughtful and talented. The rest of the staff is also super kind and professional. Always a great experience here!
