2025-11-28I’ve been a client at True Beauty for years, and the entire team is fantastic. Michael normally does my nails, but when he’s not there, I’m happy to see anyone—they’re all talented. Kelly and Marie’s designs are especially incredible. Kevin did my nails today, and he did an amazing job. I was really happy with how they turned out!

But honestly others have had to sub in and I haven’t had a horrible experience in years!!! Always willing to fix anything and make it right. Their creativity for designs is amazing as well. Highly recommend you try them out!!

2025-07-20Calvin was awesome! I had a fill and it’s great. I’m a long time nail tech myself and I was just so grateful to not have to do my own. He took great care of me today! In my opinion the service price was very reasonable as well.

2025-08-24I did infact call directly from the parking lot to contact the owner..... Spoke to Kelly . Nothing was done . After 20 years every 2 weeks of seeing me!!!! I am appalled at how a family run business I grew so close with would treat anyone this way . I was charged 100.00.... For a pedicure I didn't even receive. You all made me bleed and cut me and LAUGHED how funny and fast she could rip my nails off because you all felt inconvenienced by the time frame... For the appointment ... Instead of advising me you guys mocked.. laughed and spoke bilingual.. forgetting I also understand...:( My card is on file and I demand a full refund. You as well.... After all these years. have a way to REACH OUT TO ME AS THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. This is WRONG business behavior Let alone common decency. Photos to show how they asked me to pay and I was left...to go. I had a serious event tonight I had to cancel This is to be made right Kelly and Michael. I have plenty of videos and photos of my service to add to social media as well. The things said How I was treated!
