Chic Nails

We had another wonderful experience at this nail salon! My teenage daughter as a repeat client, I can confidently say the owner consistently does an amazing job. She was especially great with my daughter—patient, friendly, and very detail-oriented. The nail color selections were different and more trendy compare to others. The nails came out beautiful, exactly what my daughter wanted for the holidays, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. The salon is clean with new laminate flooring, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. We’re so happy to support a new salon owner who takes such pride in what she does. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

I love this nail salon SO MUCH. everytime I go in, I come out happy. They do the utmost to make sure youre happy with your nails, even if that means they redo it 2+ times. I first came here about two years ago for a back to school acrylic set, after the original place massacred a basic dip set. They were very understanding and looked horrified by the previous work (rightfully so.) And removed it and I left the a design that I had originally requested from the other place that they couldnt do. For a medium length acrylic set, with French tips + design i only paid $120. For some people that kind of money on nails is obscene, but theyre true to their work and the retention is insane. I took a break from nails and recently came back this year and I have not had a single nail pop off or chip. These nails are so strong that I've managed to rip my natural nail off on accident. I seriously love their work. I just came in on 8/7 and got a set for a concert and Kevin did awesome work on me. I always have some sort of design and they ALWAYS execute it gorgeously. This set was something he'd never really done before, and I kid you not he worked on one singular nail for probably 20+ minutes to make it perfect. I didnt ask him to do it, he just did it until he was satisfied with his work and I could not be any happier. Seriously yall, this is one of the best salons I've been to. The entire time read on my kindle and just wait for the glorious outcome. Here are a couple of the awesome sets I've gotten!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and unfortunately cannot recommend it. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was poor. The technician who worked with me was extremely rude and tried to overcharge for basic services. She quoted me $150 for a straightforward nail design, and then added another $10 just for a basic color change on my toes. I declined both because the prices were unreasonable, and decided just to get a full set with a simple brown color. What bothered me most was the way my old nails were removed. Instead of soaking them off properly, she began popping them off one by one. This was not only painful but also caused the corner of one of my nails to rip, leaving it bleeding. When I asked her to soak my left hand instead to avoid further damage, she became visibly annoyed with me. On top of that, she and her coworkers laughed at me, which was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. My cousin, who came with me, also had a frustrating experience. She was only there for a simple toe color change, but halfway through, the technician working on her just got up and left to take another customer, leaving her sitting and waiting. Another employee eventually came over to finish the job, but it took much longer than it should have. When my cousin asked for a specific color, the technician dismissed her and told her "all the colors are the same," without even giving her the option to choose what she wanted. Between the unreasonably high prices, careless handling of services, and extremely poor customer service, this salon was a huge disappointment. For the money they charge, you would expect professionalism, respect, and, at the very least, safe practices when working on nails. Sadly, none of that was delivered during our visit.

Love this place! Kevin is amazing with his art work for designs, all staff does great work and takes their time! My nails always last forever!! My go to place for the last 3 yrs.

Kevin and his business are the absolute best, to the point where I knew I could trust him with my engagement nails! I moved to Missouri from out of state 6 months ago and went to three different nail salons before I found Chic Nails and knew this was going to be my new spot ever since!He cares about all of his clients and he always pays special attention to detail which I love! Thank you to Kevin and everyone else at Chic Nails for always taking care of me and for making my nails better than I imagined. ❤️
