Best nails gone I've ever been to but I've had my nails done for these 50 years. The nail technician is either lavender or Lisa. Both are very good. They're clean. They're professional. She took the cutest spider web cutest little ghost and pumpkin on my nails for Halloween

3 stars because the nails are cute. But it's not really what I was wanting. I think the language barrier made things really complicated because it felt like I was needing to argue with them to make them understand that I wanted a winter wonderland theme. The person that was doing my nails thought I was 17 because I look young, so she didn't take me seriously when I was talking to her about my wedding. I'm 21 and she kept asking me if my parents were okay with me getting married. I kept telling her I wanted a design, but after the cat eye was done they told me that I couldn't get anything done with rhyestones because it would just fall off and she said it would be pricey. I had to convince them to give me a design as well as I tried telling them the whole time, that I wanted something on top of it. I honestly didn't care about the price because it's for my wedding. I just wanted them to have some creative interpretation with it and make it look like snow. I wanted something fancy and over the top. This set was just cute. That's it. They charged me about 80$-90$. I don't remember how much I tipped because I felt bad, as I felt like I was being too much of a Karen. The total ended up being 100$ I know that. I tried to convince myself that it was acceptable, because I didn't want to waste my money by getting it replaced. A friend then pointed out to me that one of the nails was crooked, and that it's the reason I was bleeding because she went over to the left way too much. That's when I went to a different salon and got the nail art reworked. They completely understood where I was coming from and were baffled that I spent so much on that set. Their price was soooo much cheaper too and they did a fantastic job at making everything look way over the top. They even fixed the crooked nail, and sanded all the others out. I hadn't realized how much more work was needed until they were fixing up my cuticles too! Will not be coming back here. I just wanted to feel heard. After a long stressful day I was hoping to just lay back and get my nails done, maybe talk about my wedding as I'm so excited for it, but she didn't really want to talk to me that much.

Mosaic is easily my favorite salon in Springfield. They genuinely care about making sure I love every single detail. They take their time, never rush, and always double check that I’m getting exactly what I want. I especially appreciate how they test out colors before committing, making sure the shade is perfect for my skin tone or inspo photo. My nails always come out flawless, and the experience is just as lovely as the results. Highly recommend if you want to feel pampered and walk out feeling confident in your nails. Extra love for Lavender and Joe, but everyone who has taken care of me has done excellent work.

This was my first time at this salon since I’m not from the area, and I was so impressed! They did an amazing job on the design—super detailed and exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and I honestly wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great nails!

Miram did so good on my nails! They turned out so beautifully and all my friends and family won’t stop complimenting them! We had a fun time chatting while she did my nails and I felt so welcomed and had a fantastic time! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
