Perfect Images

My hair was dyed blonde and had turned orange. I came in wanting ash blonde with highlights, Lola was new so we were a little worried. But she asked questions and did amazing. And the owner did an amazing job helping her. And everyone at this salon is super nice. And the prices are amazing, they did such a good job on my hair.

The stylist didn’t no what a bixie was or a French Bob said she didn’t do asymmetrical hairstyles. She pretty much refused to thin it. One side was longer than the other. She was shrugging her shoulders the whole time she was cutting it and kept saying I don’t know. I think she was mostly a nail person. I got the impression she really wanted to be doing nails instead of hair. I’m not going back. I literally could have done a better job with some hair clippers from Walmart cutting it myself.

Got my sister in laws hair done here. The haircut looked great but why am I going to pay $120 to wake up blue the next day? When I could have paid $40 at Walmart and done it myself? Then the manager, Jackie Dalton, wanted to laugh at my mother in law when she called to complain and ask how to even get the blue off of her skin because she’s going to be a Smurf for thanksgiving!

02/20/2025 I decided to go to Perfect Images to get my haircut because my usual salon lady was not available to cut my hair, so I called perfect images. I got right in but the lady that cut my hair I found out wasn't even licensed to cut anyone's hair, I had to pay $31.50 for a haircut that should have been FREE!! The woman completely screwed up my hair! I had to go get my hair fixed today just left the salon because my hair was uneven and a part of my bangs wasn't fixable so I'm having to walk around with my hair all screwed up because they let someone who wasn't even licensed cut my hair and didn't tell me! I am going back tomorrow at 8am to get my money back!! That is just horrible to do to someone!! Would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy!!

Lola did a wonderful job with my hair every time I come. She brought me back. Thank you Lola. You're the best!!! Will recommend this place to everyone.
