Queen Nails Bar & Spa

Don't do it! Go to Bloom instead. Just as bougie, better drinks, waaaaay better service and not as expensive. I usually go to Bloom, but Queen is closer to my house. So occasionally I have gone there. They've raised their prices. And now they charge for every single little thing whereas other places do not. I went in with my daughter. She asked for the mani-pedi combo service. They ended up charging us separately (more) for those two services. When I asked about that they said it was because 2 different providers did the mani and the pedi. We didn't ask for that, they just did it. I got a tropical bliss pedi. They didn't use the correct scent/products. They charged us $20 each for gel polish. That's more than the industry standard. That's way more than a whole bottle of gel polish to buy outright. They charged us a polish removal fee. Generally you are only charged that when you are having it removed without having another service. On top of that, a week later my daughters mani polish started coming off. Soooooooo not worth it. I will never go there again, close or not. I'd rather drive further for better service and better prices.

recently switched from another note salon in Parkville after a bad experience. I really like queen nails, and how polite and professional they are. This salon is pretty and they have great customer service. The lady who did my pedicure did such a good job that I will continuously start going to them.

I just had a great experience at Queen Nails! My nail tech, Tam, was very kind & sweet. I had the tropical pedicure & she really took her time on it. I was offered something to drink right away and was seated in a nice massage chair. She did a wonderful job on my gel manicure, also! Beautiful, modern, clean environment. They even have a really cute area with princess chairs for mommy & me pedicures :) The rest of the staff was kind & welcoming, also. I definitely plan to return~

The staff here are very enthusiastic with customers, always attentive and dedicated to their work. This nail salon has a spacious and very relaxing atmosphere, I always feel comfortable every time I come here.

I got plain white gel on my natural nails and they started cracking a few days later. This is them a little more than a week after getting them done. Overall expensive for them to start breaking right after.
