Friendly, kind, and talented techs! I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and always leave happy. I usually get dip manicures with a gel top coat and gel pedicures, and the quality is always excellent—my nails last for weeks! Recently, I had my first issue in all these years when a top coat started peeling just a few days after my appointment. I called, and Voo (the owner) immediately got me in and fixed it without hesitation. That level of care is why I keep coming back. They’ve also updated their color book with new shades, which is a nice touch, and the salon is always clean with properly sanitized tools. Highly recommend Riss Lake Nail Salon!

Quality, Clean, Fast. I walked in for a quick-hit pedicure prior to a vacation trip, and sat down immediately and had a great experience. I typically do pedicures annually, as a guy I’m sure it’s not the most pleasant experience for the tech (though I believe my self-care is towards to positive end of the guy spectrum). The person helping me was professional, kind, and skilled. The environment of the shop is clean, pleasant, and well-apportioned with nice equipment and entertainment. I highly recommend Riss Lake and appreciate the experience.

This nail salon is just what I was looking for the whole time. The couple that own it are great. A friendly, positive, fresh young couple that will make your day. Me and my daughter looked on Google and this salon has some really good reviews so we called made an appointment to have our nails done. The salon is updated and very clean so right away we were impressed. They are organized and great at what they do. I moved to KC in 2002 and I have been to "guessing" 10 different salons over time and I must say this is the gem we were looking for the whole time. They do a fantastic job and we will continue to go to our new hidden gem as long as they will have us. Did I mention they have a great sense of humor as well You won't be sorry..

Got a simple set of acrylic came in at 2 on Monday and it was not busy but the lady who did my nails rushed and did not no a proper job. Nail popped off today with just me fixing my hair...... poorly put on..... I've been here times before and this has never happend. I always have gotten my nails done by the guys but this time a girl did my nails and maybe it was a off day for her but this is not okay especially after paying 85 dollars

Omg, such an amazing and relaxing pedicure here! I didn't wait long for my tech to get started. Everything seemed very sanitary and cleaned well in between each customer. I chose the indulgence pedicure and was very pleased with the service and the time my male tech took with me. I will definitely be returning again soon! Highly recommended 👍
