2025-12-11I decided to try Procell Microchanneling because I have active acne, as well as, acne scars; along with deep & fine wrinkles. The combination was starting to take a toll on my confidence. My aesthetician (Jamie) explained everything thoroughly, gave great advice for my skincare, and applied a perfect numbing combination that made it bearable and kept me relaxed (minimal pain and minimal bleeding). Immediately after the treatment, my face was a little red, similar to a mild sunburn, but that subsided within a day. There was very little downtime, and I'm already starting to see a positive difference. My skin is smoother with a more even complexion. Also, I want to give a shout out to the women at the front desk. You all do a great job of making every client feel instantly relaxed and cared for. Thank you for being so helpful and pleasant every time I call or come in! You are all amazing!
