BEST IN GALLATIN I moved over a year ago from Mount Juliet and have been trying to find a nail place in the area. I have been coming to the shop regularly for the past six months and have had an excellent experience with every single nail tech. Cleanliness is important to me and it is always clean. Also, they remember me. I’ve even gotten pedicures here that were amazing. 10/10 - I passed probably seven or eight nail shops to go to this one!

**DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!** This place is an absolute joke. I went in for acrylic nails and a pedicure, and it was hands down the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The lady doing my acrylics was clearly in a rush, throwing everything together as quickly as possible, and it showed in the result (see pictures)!!. She slapped on the tips so carelessly that there was glue all over the place, and none of the tips were even properly glued to my nail beds. I’m talking massive gaps in almost every single nail, and the tips weren’t even aligned right. I have a naturally well-shaped nail bed and have had acrylics many times, but I’ve NEVER had them done this badly. To make it worse, the polish had bubbles all over it because she rushed through that too, not giving it even close to enough time to dry. I spent over $130 for this hot mess, and it looks like something I could’ve done myself at home with a $10 kit. The younger guy who did my pedicure was the only decent part of the experience, but even that couldn't save my experience with this place. The lady who did my acrylics couldn’t have cared less—she was so ready to leave that she didn’t even try to do a good job. Don’t even think about wasting your time or money here—there are way better places that actually care about their work and their customers

*edit* It’s been less than a week and my nails are also all chipped! 😭 They really are so nice! And to preface this, they did offer to fix my nails but it was already late in the evening, and as someone who works 7 days a week I don’t have the time to get them fixed! The nails overall are beautiful, but you can see in the photos there is separation/ bubbles from the base coat used prior to the chrome. They’re smooth to the touch you can just visually see they aren’t uniform with the polish. They look like I did them myself unfortunately 😭 the nail tech was kind but very rough, hurting me a handful of times with the drill removing my gel polish, causing my nail bed to turn red and become sensitive to heat. He rushed through the shaping of my nails, and used an old very gritty nail filler, which are normally used on acrylic nails. He was also was doing his own nails WHILE he did my nails, which was odd…. But overall they’ll have to do but for $60 I would have expected more.

I made an appointment for 9:30am and was greeted right away. The service was awesome. They made sure I had the color I liked and the designs I showed them on my phone. My photo does not do the nails justice! They look so much better in person. I will be going back for sure! I only looked at reviews AFTER my visit and the only “bad” one I can relate to is the language barrier between my nail tech and myself BUT he tried many times to make sure that we understood each other and there were two others who spoke English fluently and they helped us out if we needed it. Don’t judge a business based off of the language barrier! It may take time but if they get it wrong, let them know BEFORE walking out so they can fix it, don’t watch it happen without speaking up and then walk out and write a bad review. They’re talented and they put in effort to make sure you get what you ask for. 10/10 service. My only confusion is that I asked if they do lashes and the woman there said no. I looked at their website after my visit and it says they do, so I’m not sure if scheduling an appointment for lashes would be accepted or not, since it is an option when scheduling an appointment online.

Used to be my go to, now not so much. They are too rushed and don’t listen. I asked for gel didn’t get it and by the time I noticed they were on my 2nd foot they offered to fix it but the 2 other woman and my daughter were already done and ready to pay so I didn’t want them to wait for me. My real issue was the guy filed my nails but they were still jagged not flat like you would think then another guy put the top coat on and seen it jagged but again no one even tried to fix it and my original guy was gone helping someone else so I couldn’t ask him to fix it. By the time it came to pay today I was done this was my 3rd crap experience there. I ended up just putting socks on with wet polish because of how annoyed I was, voiced my issue and was offered an extra stamp. You need like 6 or 8 to get 25% off. No thank you I’ll take my loss.
