This is hands down the best nail salon experience I have ever had. You can tell that they really care about giving you a nail color/shape/length that you are happy with. Chi did an amazing job on my gel full set and got me in and out in 40 mins. I usually don’t get my nails done because I hate sitting somewhere for so long and it’s usually not the most enjoyable experience. Upscale nail lounge was such a great experience that I’m planning on getting my nails done on a regular basis!

This was my first set of GelX nails, excited to see how they compare to acrylic. Chi did a great job! Christine was lovely at the front!

Teresa is amazing!! I have very sensitive hands & skin and she has been wonderful finding the best options for me. When I come in, staff is always smiling and happily welcomes me into the oasis of this lounge & spa! I drive from Illinois to see Teresa, that’s how great she is and how much I appreciate her professionalism and candid personality. I highly recommend Upscale Nail Lounge 2 for anyone who wants to be treated with pampering & respect!

Ive been looking around for a good nail salon and i came across upscale nail salon. Read the reviews and a lot of people recommended Tina so I called up to make an appointment with her and i was told she works at this location so I drove out of my way to come to this location. Another lady ended up doing my nails because Tina is the owner and doesn’t work on clients but no one told me that before coming here. The lady that did my nails was rough she ended up cutting me and my toe was bleeding. And the shape was very uneven and they didnt have a big selection of gel nail polish. I asked for square shape but ended up looking like duck nails. For the price i paid it was definitely not worth it.

Myself and a few other ladies were treated to manicures and pedicures at Upscale Nail Lounge. It was a wonderful experience- beautiful, classy salon (smelled so good too!), amazing service from everyone there including the owner TT and manager Kathy who were SO accommodating, and all of us loved our nails. I got a simple and clean acrylic set with chrome overlay by Teresa. Will definitely be back!
