Her Nail Lounge

I’m updating because I was originally in love with my nails but I had to go back twice after my full set of gel x was put on. This was my first time at the salon, and kitty did the set Friday 12/5. That same night at my husband’s surprise 50th party 2 nails popped off. Another the next day. I went back Sunday to have them put back on. Kitty did not grind the inside of the nail, which is blame me for being rough. Monday and Tuesday 4 more nails pop off. I’m not rough- simply day to day activities. I go back today and get Lena hopefully I’m spelling it right. She was delightful and my nails look better than they did originally. I appreciate the salon taking it seriously and getting me back in with a new full set. Go see Lena

Ti-Ti is the best tech (for me). Her attention to detail, execution of designs, and care for your nail health are all things that keep me coming back to her. The salon itself is clean, and gives an elevated vibe. I will say, if you do not have an appointment scheduled with a specific nail tech, just "anyone available" the wait can be irritating sometimes. It is almost easier to just walk in as a walk in. The staff has always been accommodating and polite, offering drinks as an added service. One thing that led me to make a review is my experience last night. I had an appt scheduled with Ti-Ti for my very routine, 2 week builder gel fill.This is the first time I brought my 15m old daughter as I had some issues with pickup from daycare and my only option was to bring her with me as my "village" was not available last night. The wonderful receptionist that is there everytime I check in and always so polite, offered to help me out and hold/bounce my little one to calm her down as it neared her bedtime because the appt was running later than expected (totally my fault for wanting a complex design:)- the thoughtfulness of the staff and everyone else who walked by making my baby laugh and smile, playing with her secured me as a lifelong customer. This is the only time twice a month that I get two hours free to myself for self-care and when my pickup plans went to crap they all made sure I still had an amazing experience and got to relax. I can't say how much I appreciate that.

✨ 5 Stars! ✨ This was my first time visiting this nail salon in Des Peres, and it was such a great experience! The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is spotless, relaxing, and has such a laid-back vibe. They really took care of me and catered to all my needs, making the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 💅🏽

I found this place on accident, and I’m so happy I did. Kimmy gives the BEST pedicure, and Lou did an incredible French manicure. Relaxing, kind, and great service.
