I was truly embarrassed of my feet and nails (very hesitant to go anywhere - so I always tried to do everything myself at home) so prior to having services done I asked if they would be ok doing pedicure and manicure with the bad condition of my feet and nails - I was truly floored that Van did not send me away and immediately took up the HUGE task. Van took her time and worked meticulously and carefully both on my hideously ugly feet and nails and throughout she never hurt my feet or hands (yes, I have very dry cracked skin around my fingernails to boot). I was amazed that Van got my nails looking natural! She had to build up gel on my thumbnails and some nails as they were super short and badly damaged. I highly recommend Van! Also loving the color DD765! Thank You Van!

2025-10-20I personally did not have a good experience here. I got a pedicure. I asked for a basic one but it was so rushed, like less than 15 minutes. Basic can’t be that basic, for that price. They only care when you spend way more. She was not intentional about the callus removal and was just doing the motions. Very disappointed today and most likely will not be back here. Update to reply: I paid full price for a pedicure service, not a gel polish change, so that is incorrect; therefore, I should have received my money’s worth. I appreciate your response.
