I called my mom after and asked her about her experience and she raved all about Lauren S. and what a wonderful job she did. She was gentle, caring, and listen to any concerns my mom had. 2025-09-19Everyone is nice. But After waiting 9 months to have a “self care” day, I finally used my gift certificate to Birch & Willow. Like I said, everyone is nice, but the pedicure I got was painful and the end result is not good. (See photos). When I mentioned my concern to the front desk about my nail polish bleeding over (due to oil left on my toes), I just got “oh” and a blank stare. And I felt like I was made to feel like I was the crazy one. So here’s a photo (including the skin a top my big toe that got cut and is swelling). I’m disappointed because of how long I waited for this service, and it didn’t turn out well.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, with soft music and a relaxing scent that immediately set the tone for our visit. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure every detail of our experience was perfect. We opted for a couples massage and it was absolutely incredible! Our massage therapists were skilled and intuitive, working out all the tension in our shoulders and back. We also appreciated the little touches, like the cozy robes, sauna, and peaceful relaxation area. It’s clear that this spa takes pride in creating a truly rejuvenating experience for their guests. 2025-10-24My wife and I came here to get our very first massage. This was by far the best money I have ever spent. Staff were super welcoming and patient, everything was clean, the massage was sooooooo nice! We don’t live here but we will for sure be coming back when we vacation here again.
