First photo is the example shown to the stylist Full, Detailed Review on Yelp (it allows more detail) Received a bad color for which the stylist nor salon manager/owner attempted to honor their own salon policy, posted on their own salon website. I've used Charlotte for many years. I haven't had any issues with her colors until the past 3. I went from dark to blonde back in June; which she did an amazing job on, but after that she never delivered good results. The 2 appointments after that, the color was too yellow; which I told her before leaving both appointments. But my final appointment on 10/28/21 she sent me home with green hair! Long story short, I was charged $175 for this green hair. She made excuses and took no responsibility, but did offer up the suggestion that I could try using Dawn dish soap and baking soda to try to correct her mess. The toner was left in excess of an hour and I'm convinced this is what caused the results. When I told Charlotte I'd confirmed with another stylist that this more than likely was why it turned green, her response was, "I know how to do my job. Thanks." Not getting anywhere with Charlotte I made 2 attempts to contact the salon owner/manager by phone but was never able to connect with them so I emailed them pictures and screenshots of my texts with Charlotte. Several days later when they finally responded, in short, they said there was nothing they could do since I'd already paid another stylist to correct it. That was correct. I did pay another stylist $150 to fix Charlotte's mess. Not sure what they expected me to do since Charlotte never offered to fix it and I hadn't been able to get in touch with them. Over a 2 week period of back and forth, email communication with the owner/manager, it was clear they weren't going to try to find a resolution either.

Such a cute and nice salon in the Hollister area! My boyfriend gets his hair cut here and has never had a bad experience!
