The Nail Loft

I wasn’t going to leave a review but decided I should since it wasn’t a one time thing. I’ve only been a few times. The first I did a pedicure, it was good. The second time I did a mani and pedi, getting a gel polish on my fingers. A week later I noticed the paint was lifting just to have each nail peeled off like I was taking off stickers. That should’ve been my sign to not return, but I did, two more times. Shame on me! Five of us went in for pedicures and full sets. All of us getting gel on toes. Three of the 5 lost polish on their toes. Came right off like stickers. Each of them, removing their Acrylic versus going and having them filled because of the quality. I had to have one of my nails fixed while there because it was bumpy. Then was made to feel like I should’ve just not said anything, like I should’ve just kept the bumpy nail. I couldn’t do that. We were all part of a wedding party. I went back for my fill, mostly because they took appointments and I could go on my lunch break. My 11:15 appointment turned into 11:45, Getting me back to work over an hour late. And my nails not looking great. The length didn’t match And my thumbnails were so thick and bumpy. What makes this even worse is that it was one of the last managers, that finished up my set adding the polish. I could tell by the look on her face she noticed the thumbs but continue to paint them. I didn’t say anything because I was already late. I spent $50 for a fill, Over an hour late, returning to work and have been embarrassed not wanting anyone to see. A few people encouraged me to leave my review because apparently the polish thing is not an isolated incident.

Gorgeous job, worked extra hard on making it perfect. 3D flower done perfectly!! Love this place!

Best place in town to get nails done. I have taken my wife and now my daughter here. They do fantastic work. My daughter was made to feel like a Princess. They gave her a Capri Sun and a snack during her visit. She loved the experience and the color of her toes. Will definitely be visiting again for another VIP experience.

Every single time we go in they always make sure we are comfortable and do nails better than the inspo pictures! Very friendly costumer service!

Beyond the best nail salon I’ve ever been to!! Will definitely continue to come back. They are all so sweet, do the best work, and have the best prices!!
