We absolutely love this salon! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the place is spotless. My wife’s gel manicure came out flawless and has lasted weeks without chipping. They really pay attention to detail and made her feel pampered. Definitely our go to nail spot!

Myself, my mother in law and my sister in law all had manicures done with you guys today and it was a great experience. The staff were so friendly and professional, and there was a lovely atmosphere in the place. The manicure was really good and we got great value for money. Will definitely be back here again!

A Hard No! I drove in from Slidell hoping for a relaxing spa pedicure based on the online reviews. Slidell salons are usually packed, so I figured I'd try somewhere nearby rather than heading to the Westbank. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. The salon itself is spacious and could easily handle a crowd—but when I walked in, there were only two of us there. Positives: - The two ladies working there were genuinely sweet and friendly. There was a small language barrier, but they did their best to answer my questions. - I appreciated that my appointment started and ended on time. - The pedicure was $50, and gel polish was included. Now for the awkward bits... The owner was clearly wearing a full pajama set! It didn’t exactly scream “professional.” Negatives: - The nail tech barely applied any pressure during the pedicure. At one point, I asked for the callus remover so I could tackle my feet myself. She went back over the area with more pressure but it was still lackluster. - There was no foot or leg massage—just a quick lotion slather. - The polish selection was disappointing. Only one unfamiliar brand, no OPI or DND in sight. So I'm not sure how long this gel polish will last. My takeaway: This just didn’t feel like a spa pedicure. After checking the reviews again, I noticed most are about brows or other services—not pedicures. This may be their weak spot. The other client mentioned someone named Pepper does her nails well... I’m guessing Pepper was pajama lady? Either way, I’ll be heading back to the Westbank next time I need a proper spa experience. I gave 3 stars because they did provide the service and they were very sweet. **Reply to owner: I was scheduled for 12:00 PM today, and I used my phone number when booking the appointment early last week. When I asked about OPI products, your technician informed me they were not available, and your display wall and display nail art featured only the EDS brand. While I choose not to accept the offer, this decision is made without any ill intent. I appreciate your willingness to make me whole.

This is a wonderful place!! Absolutely love the nails, and the price was amazing!!! Really great people, I love the way she did my nails and the application !!! Love itttt will definitely come again!

I had a wonderful Pedicure yesterday and dipped nails today. I love Mia! I haven’t let anyone work on my feet but her. She asked questions & listened to my concerns and took the time to accommodate for my sensitive feet. I have a special occasion this week and wanted my nails done but wanted to keep it simple with no acrylic nails, just my own nails. Mia did the dipped nail process to my nails. They are perfect.
