Nail Spa and Beyond-Builder Gel/Gel X

This is what I was charged $86 for. The lady at the front desk said I will get 15% off due to the poor work and me not being happy with my nails. On Sundays they have a special between 9am-3pm where they give customers 15% off. So giving me 15% off wasn’t them trying to correct poor work it was what I should have been given due to the promotion they had going on. They said I could come back and have my nails redone by the same 2 people that did poor quality work and I refused I asked for them to take my nails off and a refund, but they refused and said they don't do refunds and that this policy is listed in their brochures and website. I asked to see it and they so happened to be out of brochures and the lady said she’s too busy to show me where on their website it said that they don’t do refunds. This is why nail shops don't make money like they used to because the quality and service isn't up to par. Simple line work and a French tip was far too complicated for them to accomplish.

One of the most beautiful salons. The place is clean, staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. However this was the quickest pedicure I've ever had!! EVERYTHING felt half effort including the massage which i look forward to the most!! Base my tip on it. As a matter fact i wasn't told she was done, I had to ask her after I noticed what looked like small bubbles on the big toe, she said it was ok, but polished over it againi guess to say she did something...so I just left it alone. I was hoping being that they were not busy at all I would definitely not feel rushed but it wasn't the case. The receptionist was exceptional!!

Best nails and pedis hands down! Tiffany is absolutely phenomenal and can do anything with your nails! She is the best. Justin gives the greatest pedis. He takes his time and does not rush on any part of it. The salon is clean and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

This salon has such a wonderful environment. It’s always clean, the receptionists are so sweet and helpful, and the manager is kind and attentive. I really want to love this place but unfortunately the services have been disappointing. I’ve been here about 5 times now and I never quite receive what I ask for. I usually don’t make a fuss but my most recent visit left me genuinely concerned. My technician Justin was very nice but the way my nails were filed was extremely rough. The filing went on for so long that all of the builder gel was removed, leaving me essentially with just polish over my natural nails. The process felt rushed and without much care. My nails are now sore, not the shape or length I requested, and my hands sting when I wash them. After I left 4 of my nail beds started bleeding. For the $100 I spent (including my toes), I feel like I should at least leave with healthy, properly done nails. While I love the atmosphere and the people here, I don’t think the technicians are being evaluated closely enough for quality of service.

They will change pricing in front of you and build in their tip. I was charged for gel on my hands and clearly didn’t get it. Paid for a $59 pedi and they charged $81. Admitted she changes the fees. Do not go. Recommend googling other places.
