Sue is amazing I should have taken a before picture of my feet before my pedicure. Nick was very attentive all the way down to the tiniest detail. This place is amazing. The vibe is classy...I enjoyed the ambience, the music and the drinks. They have Myrtle Beach locked down. Sue did such a great job with my massage I may have to take a quick nap before I drive back to the resort. I'm so relaxed.. thanks Lux.💕

I went here three different times. The first time my nails were so thick, I figured I'd give it another try...maybe it was a bad one. The second time I went and tried someone new, they were decent, but my nails were very bumpy because they didn't take their time. The third time I went was the worst, the guy was yanking on my hand and snapping at me. He told me not to watch. I told the owner about the situation through the person at the front desk and he brushed it off. It hurt, he clipped my skin. He made me bleed a little. The person at the front desk had pity for me.But there was nothing that they could do... so he just said, i'm not surprised, took pictures of my nails and told me the owner would reach out to me. By the way, they never did, and I bought many certificates from them thinking, this should be an okay nail place. Wrong. So I threw them all in the trash. I wouldn't dare give that to anyone. By the way, they will not mix a certificate with a discount of any sort. So even though you paid for the certificate for a full amount. If you go during a certain hour, when everybody else gets a discount, you don't. Which is fine, but at least let your customers know that before you sell it to them. I was just trying to help their business out, which was a huge mistake. He butchered my nails to make them look like toenails practically. I couldn't believe that the owner would not do anything about it and would not give me any sort of discount. I asked to talk to him two different times. And they were very unprofessional. They lost someone who tips well, brings friends, and gets their nails done every two weeks. I'm actually very understanding a nice person. So it took me quite a bit of time to actually post this. The last time when I went I brought my friend with me. It was embarrassing. she hated her nails and they didn't even give her what she wanted. She kept telling them I want this style, but they gave her a completely different color and they added a twenty dollar charge because they added shimmer to her nail which she didn't even want. I recommend driving up to Little River. Go to the place near highway 57 and 9. It's called Inspire nail salon. That is the place to go.

I’ve been coming to the salon for the past six months, I’ve always had issues with lifting within the first few days. And this time I came in for my birthday nail set for the only appointment that I really could come in before I left out of town. It has only been four days and my chrome nails are peeling. I’ve had a few different nail techs. Dimitri is definitely one of the better techs and he is who I will be going back to once I can’t stand how much they’re peeling. That being said I paid $150. They should be lasting for at least a week.

EDITED: See the response from them below where they said they can’t find a record of me being there and that they “value honesty and transparency.” It’s absolutely WILD that the nail salon is basically calling me dishonest and insinuating I didn’t get my nails done there. I also value honesty and transparency, and maybe they should focus on reflection and accountability instead of trying to make it seem like my honest review is invalid. Wow. Edited again: they’ve deleted their response to my review. Original Review: I get my nails done regularly, and the way they do them here is not the same as everywhere else. They take shortcuts, and they don’t do all the steps. Needless to say, the manicures don’t hold up and my nails don’t look as good as they should. Theycharge you for things every other salon includes in the base price. They are grabby with money and they try to upsell you. They also overcharge you and hope you won’t notice. I’ve seen it happen multiple times at both of their nail salons. They’ve lost a customer.
