Thanks to Olala! Just got my nails done before my beach vacation, and they are absolutely fabulous! The technician was friendly and professional, and the salon was relaxing and welcoming. It’s worth every penny, I couldn’t be happier, my nails are beach-ready and perfect! I LOVEEE THEM SO MUCHHHHHH!

What really sets Ivy Form apart is the care they take with every client. They don’t rush through appointments, and you can tell they genuinely care about delivering quality results. The salon uses high-quality products, and their sanitation standards are impeccable, which gives me complete peace of mind.

I recently visited Ohlala Nail & Spa for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the level of quality or professionalism I expected. The total price came out to $108, which included an additional $15 charge simply to buff my nails for a natural shine. I was informed that clear polish is free, so such a high upcharge for buffing felt excessive. A small fee would have been understandable, but $15 did not align with the service provided. During the appointment, I was also nicked on both my toe and finger. When I mentioned this, the response was a brief apology with no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or concern for customer comfort. When I politely requested a $5 courtesy adjustment due to the issues I experienced, the request was denied. The situation escalated further when the cashier became unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional, speaking in a manner that was not appropriate for customer service. Comments such as suggesting customers should “walk out without paying if they’re not satisfied” were surprising and not reflective of good business practice. The overall interaction gave me the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment. With the pricing, the service concerns, and the lack of professionalism displayed, I was left disappointed, and I do not plan to return. I hope this feedback encourages Ohlala Nail & Spa to make improvements in communication, customer care, and service consistency so future clients have a better experience.

Very friendly atmosphere. He took his time and done a great job on my pedicure. She also done great on my manicure. My eyebrows look perfect as well! I will definitely be a returning customer. ❤️

I had a really great pedicure here. The staff was kind and attentive, and my technician made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The service was thorough and relaxing, and my feet felt refreshed and well cared for afterward. The salon has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and I never felt rushed. Will be back !
