Exclusive Nails Spa

So we go here at 5:40pm and at first it looks closed but then she unlocks the door for us and talks to us a bunch at first I thought it was just friendliness mixed with a little unprofessionalism but as time went on and she worked on my wife’s nails it was just coming out worse than what we wanted. We asked her for pricing before she began and she blew it off and the further it got in the more apparent it became that she wasn’t able to stick to the design. She had the wrong color brown at first then which she gave us some color swatches and we chose one more to the picture we had showed her beforehand, then it finally got to the dots on the top and she asked my wife if she wanted all the same size dots or big dots and little dots and my wife wanted it just like the picture so all the same size small dots but by the time she was done all the dots were different sizes and some of them had even connected just outright not looking like the nail inspo pic at all. All this took almost 3 full hours and at the end she tried to charge us $100 dollars, we talked about it and I still overpaid but I just wanted to get my wife out of there so I can take here somewhere else tomorrow to have it fixed. All in all I can’t say I recommend this place it’s not very professional and the work wasn’t all that great. The photos below are the nails my wife got vs the last picture being what she wanted.

I’m so happy me and my bestie found this shop. We are on vacation and needed our nails done, and found this little gem. We felt like we had had know Sam forever. She did an amazing job we will definitely recommend her to everyone!!!

If you want to get your nails done and also feel like you’re hanging out with your bestie book with my girl sammi! she’s the coolest realest nail tech on the coast. we sip rosé and vibe to good music together. and she does amazing work. best nail tech on the coast!

I’ve always had an amazing experience with her, including with her doing my eyebrows, I’ve done tooth gems, She’s done my toes and she’s always done an amazing job. Definitely recommend. 💞 My photo is even a week after I got them done and they’re holding up perfect !!!
