Pretty Plum Nail Spa

I tried to give Pretty Plum nail Spa the benefit of the doubt and give them a second try. Needless to say, I will not be returning. With my first visit, I had a fill in and didn’t think it would be too bad to give them a try. The nail tech that did my nails, did not get her name, rushed through the entire process. Completely changed the shape of my nails to the point that every nail was a different shape. The color that I picked out of their “examples” was completely different than the color that was painted onto my nails. My second visit, today, I got a mani/pedi. Once again, the nail tech, (which was a different lady than my first visit), that did the mani/pedi, once again rushed through the entire process. Did not take her time and because of that, there were flaws in the services provided. Such as toe nails not being fully trimmed and shaped. Several bubbles in the gel polish. Pieces of the nail polish brush were left on nails. Didn’t trim cuticles fully, but took more than enough of my skin off the side of my fingers. I really wish I would have gotten a picture of the huge glob of top coat gel polish that was on my finger before removing..which I had to do myself…And before anyone thinks/says “why didn’t you say something?” , I didn’t say anything because these are things that shouldn’t have to be said..also, had I of said something, then they would have gotten attitudes and provided worse services than they already do. There are so many things wrong with the services that this nail “spa” provides. Especially for the price. Terrible experience here and would not ever recommend them to anyone. Update to edit: The following day I received a call from the salon to inquire about this review and was asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. So I told her that I know a full refund wouldn’t be expected but that a partial could be considered. She then suggested that I could come back in and someone else could fix it. I didn’t want that and told her that I have an appointment somewhere else to get it fixed and that I feel like a partial refund would make it right. She told me that she would get with the manager and call me back. However, a call back was never received. Pretty Plum, please don’t call customers that are upset with the services you have provided asking how to make it right and not follow through.

PLEASE GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! I am very inexperienced with nail services and rarely ever get my nails done. I had a miscommunication with the staff and they straightened it out professionally and kindly!! The girls working up front were sweet and understanding and the owner/manager was as well. She understood my situation and was happy to accommodate! Not to mention my nails are so pretty 😍 I will NOT be back until I have an exceptional TIP for the people that helped me! You all are so amazing and I will definitely see you again!!

I had some pretty bad experiences in nail salons and all together stopped going. Overcharged or left with painful crooked nails. A friend told me to try this place and I absolutely love it! I’ve been to a few of the people here and they are all so nice and do the best work! I feel like the prices are pretty reasonable! I even take my 5yo daughter to her her nails done and she loves it, they’re always so sweet to her! I recommend this place 1000x!!!

I got a classic pedicure. I’m not sure what tools were used but the flesh around my cuticles have been in pain ever since my visit about a week ago. I had to tell the tech that it hurt and no apology was made. As a matter of fact, I was mocked by another tech for trying to get her attention. The lady next to me also got a pedicure and jerked her feet back from pain as well during her visit. Fluorescent lighting in the salon was harsh. I was trying to save time but next time I’ll just take the longer drive to a vsl salon. Definitely won’t come back.

Had Kelly servicing me today. She was amazing! I almost dozed off during the pedicure. It was a great experience
