The best service ever! I had the worst experience at the McComb location this morning. Im here from New Mexico for my sister's wedding, booked the appointment last week by speaking with a young lady name Destiny. After confirming my needs she booked the appointment with her for 9am this morning. I arrived on time, the lights were off as she sat behind the counter, clearly not ready for my appointment. This young lady proceeded to tell me she couldn't provide the service she had Confirmed . I tried to compromise until the service but she proceeded to remove my cape and ask" do you want your hair down or not"? Me: No, I do not but I would like to speak to manager because this is a disservice to me, your company and yourself as a professional. The attitude was rude n un professional. As a Medical Director n Healt Care Provider I know n expect good customer service. This young lady needs to be working under a Professional n mentor. I do however appreciate that she did call n ask the Brookhaven location would they see me. Ms Portia Pittman and Brianna was so gracious n professional. They booked me immediately and provided service well above what I was expecting at this point. Thank you Portia for the excellent service n style. This company should be aware of what an excellent asset/ representative you are for this company!! I will definitely recommend you to my MS family n will see you on my visits to MS!!!

I walked in asking for a trim. I waited about 5 minutes. Breana was the stylist. She was very nice & gave me a shorter spicy spikey cut. It was a quick in & out. I highly recommend her.

Porsche did a wonderful job color correcting my hair she listened to all my concerns. With each concern I had she explained what my options were while reassuring me that she could get my hair color back to the original Color and highlights that I wanted. Porsche was very kind and considerate knowing that my previous Hairstylist from my home state of Texas had made my hair too dark and my highlights to light. Working with adding three different colors to my hair to achieve balayage highlights~The end result was perfect. Porsche not only had to work with Hair that was previously colored but had to find the right color to get me back to my original color style. She is my Houdini of hair, pure magic. I highly recommend Porsche for your hairstyling needs, and not only did I get my hair exactly how I wanted it, but I enjoyed visiting with her. She is such a wonderful pleasant person to visit with, thank you again Porsche.

This was one the best services I ever experienced with my hair being colored and styled. I’m so pleased and happy. The hair stylist Blair Robertson was amazing and her personality it’s so beautiful. Thank you so much! I will be coming again for your service.

Great service, very punctual. Carol did a great job, never felt rushed. Been going for years and have to say Carol has been one of if not my favorite.
