Aiden Nails

This was my first time going to a salon in Grand Forks. Everyone was nice and I only waited two minutes to be seated. I paid $65 which took me aback for some French tips with some design. I wanted the French tip to be deeper but tips was used so it’s fine. I don’t know if I’ll be back because 65 is a bit much for French tips but they are still cute

Went here for the first time today by appointment. They were very kind. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure I had a positive experience & liked my nails. They offered me something to drink and made sure I was comfortable. I was in and out in less than an hour and my nails look amazing. Exactly like the inspiration picture I showed. I don’t get my nails done often but I will be going back to them when I do.

To start, I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. I usually have very good service and always leave satisfied. Unfortunately today was a different story. My husband is about to deploy and treated me to some pampering time for myself before he goes, so I booked a pedicure expecting to have a relaxing experience. The older lady who did my pedicure was clearly trying, but I unfortunately did not enjoy my pedicure at all. The massage involved her literally punching my feet and my calves, it was extremely painful and something I’ve never experienced here before. I then asked her at least 5 times to please shorten my nails, and she didn’t understand so I asked Aiden to let her know, he did and she didn’t shorten them. She also got gel polish on my cuticle and left it. Angie came over and fixed the shape, but polish is still on my cuticle, and it sadly looks worse than if I painted it myself. Angie then told me to tell someone else if I don’t like the shape next time, which I explained to her that I did…I’m sad that I had a somewhat stressful time during something that should’ve been relaxing. I’m dissatisfied with the way the owner handled this and let down by a salon that I frequented.

SNS dip French. Nails cut too short and dipped in neutral color, not pink. Dipped in white only once, so not particularly bright. Overall, just an okay job.Uodate 10 days later... Lifting at cuticle, also thick and catching on clothes, etc
