Coco Nails Bar

I’ve been to CoCo a few times now and am always happy with my experience. Today Nancy worked with me and she did an amazing job, and didn’t even bat an eye at my odd request for a Mothman design! I’m so happy with how my nails turned out!

I absolutely loved my experience here! Bob did my pedicure and he was amazing, professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. My feet have never looked better! 10/10 service and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received on Saturday, March 22nd. As a loyal customer who visits frequently and typically spends a minimum of $200 per visit—often bringing my daughter with me—I consider this a luxury and an essential part of my self-care routine. During my visit, I requested two pedicures, a full set for myself, and a fill for my daughter. While my daughter was pleased with her pedicure, my experience was far from satisfactory. The water was cold, and despite requesting hot towels four times, I was only met with repeated apologies rather than a resolution. Additionally, my pedicure took so long that I was unable to get my nails done, even though customers who started their pedicures after me were finished before I was. I brought my concerns to two staff members, but again, I was only given apologies with no attempt to rectify the situation. Instead of addressing the issue at the time, I was offered 15% off my next visit, which I find disappointing—why not make it right during my current visit rather than asking me to return after such an unsatisfactory experience? To add to my frustration, my daughter’s nail broke the very next day. While she was sleep! I value the services you provide, which is why I have been a repeat customer. However, this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue coming back.

Im so disappointed in this place. The man that did my nails left dents in my real nails. The nails were so uncomfortable and I've never seen gel peel off so easily from the nail. One of my nails hurts so bad. I will NEVER Ever spend my hard earned money in this place. Smh then made me go to the ATM instead of card. No wonder there is never anyone in there. It's definitely a 0 star.. Update. My nails were done on the 6th of March they were taken off a week later. It is now April 7th the dents hurt and the polish is embedded in the nail. Crazy no one has reached out about botching a 120$ service. Smh very sad and bad business!

Best nail place down river! I’ve tried every place and this is by far the best. I saw some other reviews and got nervous but I’m so glad I went! My mom and my pedicure nail techs were so gentle and thorough. They were incredibly friendly and polite, asking if we liked the style, shapes, color, all throughout the experience. Asked about if the water temp was ok, the foot and leg massages were sooooo amazing! They were gentle with the nail filing and it didn’t hurt to get my cuticles cut. My nails look great and I’m for sure coming back! They also weren’t haggling you for up charges and even offered me water to drink. The decor is so cute and the entire place looked new and very clean! We went on a Sunday at noon and got a chair and people to do the two pedicures IMMEDIATELY! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Love this place! Very happy with the experience :)
