Tropical Nails

They always do a great job here! Perfect shapes, skip no steps and friendly service. Absolutely recommend them to anyone. & the salon smells so good when you walk in. Hong is great and personalizes for every client and always makes sure I’m comfortable. Been coming here for about 2 months and she already remembers what I like I don’t even have to tell her. She is very attentive, patient & talented. If you ever want something specific I’ve seen every nail tech there have no problem changing anything for their clients.

I got a manicure with gel that was badly needed. They were very accommodating with an appointment change, very professional, a clean, friendly atmosphere. I was visiting from out of town, but they made me feel so welcomed. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately had a disappointing experience here. Appointment was on a Friday for a set. I had to wait 35 mins until I was seen. Nail tech suggested overlay gel. My 1st nail broke the next day while making lunch. I called and they were able to fix it. My 2nd and 3rd nails broke 2 days later while doing the laundry and then my 4th nail broke the day following. I went back to have them removed and was told it would be at no cost since I had just got them done a few days prior. It was a waste of 75$+ 15% tip.I had a full set of nice nails for 1 day and was unable to complete normal daily tasks without breakage. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I had the best pedicure and manicure of my life. I didn't like shellac on my hands because it always peeled off after couple of days. I tried many different places, but here, I explained Helen about my issue, she applied an extra coat and my manicure is still perfect, I waited to see. Im so excited I finally find my place. I had the best experience. She is very professional and warm. I had a great time. Thank you Helen!

Today was my first time going to Tropical Nails I enjoyed my experience. I got bio-gel done by Hong who does an amazing job and takes her time to make sure that you are satisfied with it and she made me feel welcome the atmosphere was beautiful. They are very very clean and professional. Thank you and I will be back soon.
