These beautiful ladies never disappoint me! They take their time to ensure nobody is unhappy. You can tell they really care about their work and customers. There was one time someone was slightly coughing and one of the techs stopped what she was doing to offer everyone a water bottle, you don’t see that anywhere!! Super nice and accommodating, good energy all around, and beautiful nails

My daughter and I have visited this salon on multiple occasions. In hopes of making it our regular place. The one time I wasn’t happy with the design I was told that I would have to pay for a re-do! During this visit I paid over $150 for my manicure and pedicure, and I always tipped. I asked the nail tech to use lime, green, turquoise, yellow, pink, and white. Yes, I asked her to freestyle but with these colors. As you can see black is nowhere in my list of colors. The women in establishment were very professional. The atmosphere is cool. But I do not understand the one time I’m dissatisfied. I’m being told to pay for a re-do. This is NOT good customer service.

I absolutely love this place. The ladies are so amazing. I will recommend this shop to everyone.. My daughter and I will only get our nails done at this shop Jaz does wonders on my nails every visit. My daughter always has a detailed design and Adrianna always kills it...does the best/10 very much recommend

Supported this place because I love to support black businesses. This one clearly doesnt value customer loyalty and support. "Others" shops will continue to thrive because of their work ethic. Adrianna is a nail tech/manager there. Super weird energy. One time she closed the door of her suite on me while I was waiting in the hallway for her to finish up another client. SHE was running behind. She also put my nail on crooked and when I texted to ask if she could fix it, she told me she didn't have time to do it. I would have to wait a whole week. I never went back to her again. The owner made an excuse for her. Understandable, since she's the only staff member who's lasted there this long. Jas tried to say it was my nail bed. I've been getting my nails done since I was 12. Never had a nail put on crooked before. I attempted to do a walk-in this past week and was turned away. Reached out to the owner (Jas) because I had went online to the website before coming in. She says they stop taking walk-ins at 6:30p. Website says, "walk-ins are welcomed anytime during business hours". Which would be until 7:00pm. Turning a client away just "cause I can" is so unprofessional. Owner is unprofessional. (Notice the other reviews saying the SAME THING). She then blocked me after answering my question. What a mess.

Went in for a walk in, I'd never had my nails done before and I went on a whim, but I'm so happy with them! I told the nail tech to do what she felt for Halloween and she did these awesome Beetlejuice inspired nails. I'm definitely going back!
