I would like to give Kelly at Deluxe Nails Taylor a big thank you for all of the years she’s been doing my nails. It’s been 10 years since she first did my nails and I knew right away that I would keep coming back to her based on the quality. She has done full set acrylics, dip, gel, pedicures and other methods of nails and they always turn out beautiful. She is the best nail tech professional I’ve ever been to and I keep going back to her. She does the best nails. They are beautiful, they last a long time without breaking, and I receive compliments all the time from others on my nails thanks to Kelly’s amazing work. My daughter and her friends come to Kelly when they want their nails done for special occasions or just because. Everyone that I’ve recommended to her loves her. I recommend going to Kelly if you want a good experience with your nails. Suzy R.

HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ASK FOR CINDY OR BOB! My nails look they belong on Pinterest!! So clean and classy! I can’t believe how well they took care of me. I mean PAMPERED with good looking nails. From the time I walked in-to the time I left—Cindy and Bob were really friendly, personable, yet professional. I usually am hesitant when trying new places. Cindy picked up on that right away and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole time. I told them what I wanted and this is the first time in a while I got EXACTLY what I said. I told Cindy that I work in health care and needed something neutral. She said, “I know exactly what you want”. She went above and beyond to make sure the nails were appropriate in length by having me open and close my hands with the nails on while trimming them until they were perfect. She compared polish on my nails and asked which one I had liked better. I loved them so much that I actually got my feet done as well!! They have massage chairs that massage your back, head, and even your arms. They served me white wine (my choice). The hand, feet and leg massage was AMAZING! The salon itself was clean and relaxing despite it being Friday night. I will be bringing my daughter and friends in couple weeks for her 6th birthday!

My pedicure was great and definitely needed for this pregnant momma but my manicure was more like a nail polish change that I could have done better at home.. For $143 I won’t be back! I’ll go to Birmingham and pay $100 thanks!

I am not a person that gets my nails done too often (a few times every few years), but the Southland Mall location provided horrible service. The only reason I began going here in the first place instead of sticking to my neighborhood salon is because I frequent the mall and decided to try the place out. They do get you in and out fast, but after each visit, I had to come home and file down very sharp edges off my nails. My first visit was decent. The second visit, the male tech filed down my nails way too short and had to go home and also brush up my nails. Booth 3 was my first and second visit, and booth 4 was my most recent and very last visit. This most recent visit, I asked for a full set which included removing old nails. Instead of removing the old nails correctly after I stressed that I didn't want my natural nails damaged, the tech stated his method did not damage nails and then continued to use another false nail to remove the acrylics instead of the correct way which should include soaking them to ensure healthy removal. After he was finished, I also had white polish spots on the underside of my nails that I didn't even realize until I left the salon. So sloppy. I had to go home and fix my nails again this time as well! I tipped anyways out of courtesy, but with damaged natural nails and having to still do brush ups myself, I will certainly not be returning!!

I had the pleasure of having Nail Tech: Jenny service me today. She was very polite and her work is incredible. I absolutely love my new set. Definitely will be back again. If you’re looking for a good, neat nail set stop bye and see Jenny. She does it all.
