Ahh let me just start off with wow, I feel so happy and lucky to have finally found my new nail place! 💅🏻 I’ve been here 4 times and Alex did my nails 3 times (pink, black & red) and today Christine did my ombré nails! I couldn’t be happier with the results on all 4 sets! I have waited to leave this review because I really wanted to check how consistent they are with their work and service! They didn’t ask me to leave a review, I simply wanted to do this. Not only do they care about listening to what you want as far as the color, shape, design, etc, but they also have this pleasant vibe about them! Today I came in feeling overwhelmed from a busy week, but Christine’s energy just put me at ease! She is so calm, sweet & friendly! Alex is super friendly, bubbly and very outgoing! He’s awesome to talk to and is very relatable! I also noticed how clean the salon is and how everyone (the clients and the workers) just have a nice vibe all around. It’s peaceful, friendly and not chaotic; unlike some places that I’ve been to! I’m super picky with my nails and I’ve been to 3 different nail salons in the area. None of them even come close to being as good as this place! If you’re still looking for a new nail salon, look no further! This place is it! I love looking at my pretty nails every time I get them done here! Thank you Alex and Christine for being so wonderful! 🩵🩵

This was my first time at Ritz Nails and Fran was my nail technician. This is the best shellac mani and pedi I ever had. Thank you Fran!! The shop was very nice and clean. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back.

Amazing service. Christine was so careful and a perfectionist! And still finished my dip within less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Updated review* 7/7/22 Had to thank,thank,thank Christine for taking me for same day appointment when I called this morning to fix a broken nail of my gel set. I felt bad they fit me in at the end of the day but I'm very grateful. I couldn't stand the out of place nail. She was so patient,gentle and kind!! She didn't rush and even did a full polish change too. My nails look beautiful! Original review 12/2021: Love this nail salon! So stylish elegant,and clean! Wonderful customer service and staff. I actually love the by appointment only as the ambiance is more personal, relaxing and less crowded. I know as I have tried many of the nail salons around the area for years, trying to find a good one and I've finally found one I'm proud to say is my go-to nail salon! Alex and Christine,the owners, are fantastic! Highly recommend! Love love love my nails.
