I’m only giving this place a three star for the following reasons: They’re not that clean. My mom ended up with fungus on her nails. I’ve never seen them clean anything other than take out the trash before closing. Second, only a couple of employees seems qualified. The rest don’t do a good job. In fact, the last time I was there, one of the ladies got upset when I asked for another coat of glitter on my nails. Finally, my nails never break or chip but for some odd reason, I’ve had this problem at least twice here. I’ve included some videos showing my nails a week after I got a new set. Not only did they break, they left me with a glob of acrylic on the back of my nails. Very messy job. If you’re wondering why I came back a second time, it’s because I got stuck with a gift card that I needed to use.

I have been coming to Organic Nails & Spa for a few years now. They always do a beautiful and clean job with my nails. The environment is nice and the staff are very kind. I used to do acrylic nails, then I switched to dip powder, and currently, I do builder gel on my natural nails. The images below are pictures from different nail designs and styles that I have gotten throughout the years. My most recent nails were the short black nails. The only issue that I have with this nail salon is with scheduling their appointments. See, I have booked with them both over the phone and online multiple times. When I got my short black nails done with builder gel, I made an appointment over the phone and said I wanted my nail tech to be Jume. They confirmed it would be with her and then when I showed up to my appointment, they seated me with Danny, even though I booked with Jume, who I know is a girl. This is frustrating because why do these employees constantly do this? Danny still did a beautiful job on my nails and I was happy with them, but I did not book with him. I noticed that they removed Jume’s name from their online booking anyway, so there is nothing I can do. Fast forward, my black nails had grown out and I wanted to get them professionally removed because I struggle with removing builder gel at home. Yesterday, I had an appointment booked with Jack to remove the builder gel and to just cut/shape my nails. I booked my appointment online this time, with the hopes of them understanding that I booked with Jack. My appointment arrives and I tell the front desk, “I have an appointment with Jack” only for them to sit me with Danny, again. Why do they do this? I do not know. I know all the names of the employees, so I do not understand how they think it is okay to seat me with someone I did not book with. Once again, Danny did an amazing job and he is very kind, but I do not think the employees are taking appointments seriously. I will still be coming here, just because they do a good job, but I really wish they would give clients their correct nail tech. I feel like they think we do not know who each nail tech is, when in reality, we do. My friend recommended me to this nail salon a few years back, and she told me the same thing. Whenever she booked with Jume or another person, they would give her a different nail tech, until they noticed she was a regular client who came every few weeks. I do not think it is okay for the staff to give us the correct nail tech only unless they remember us as clients. I have been coming here for years, but the thing is, I am someone who gets my nails done 2-4 times per year. This is why I think they do not remember me. I also have an account set up with them, so they definitely can look me up in the system. This salon would get a 5-star review if they put me, and other clients, with the correct nail tech.

I had a great first time experience at the salon! I did a full set of tips with hard gel and asked for French tip style with a nude base! Jack did exactly what I asked and really took his time to make sure I was happy. The quality of the work was definitely great! Excited to see how my nails will last.

Please be aware that these pictures are about 1.5 weeks old! Overall, I liked my experience at this place and I will likely return, but there are a few things I did not like that relate to sanitation and pricing. At other salons when the nail tech is doing acrylic, they will pour the monomer into a separate container to prevent cross contamination. My particular nail tech did not do that, so if you’re a germaphobe like me, that may bother you. However, my biggest issue was the pricing. When I booked online, it said that french tips were only $5 extra. However, when I went to checkout, I was charged $10. I’m not sure if that $5 is per hand or if the price is simply outdated, but the website needs to be updated to make that clear. Other than that, they have good and quick service.

Jack is the best! I am never disappointed in my nails! Love coming here. David gives a great pedicure.
