Cindy's Nails

The guy who did my nails was incredibly rough and rushed through the entire service. Acrylic is laying over top my cuticle with acrylic residue and gel polish left all over my hands. Not a single nail matches in shape or thickness. He took his time shaping one nail and the other look like a five year old learning how to use scissors for the first time. The color is nowhere near what I had asked for and when I asked twice to have my nails cut shorter, I was ignored then told no the second time. Will never return here and the customer who referred me has no interest in going back either.

I used to go to Coco Nail Bar but started coming to Cindy Nail & Wax because I thought the service was better. Today completely changed my mind. I came in for a fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was excellent — the woman took her time and paid attention to detail. But when it came time for my fill, everything went downhill. Let me be clear — my nails were only two weeks old. The man doing my nails kept applying something and said “five minutes.” I assumed it was to help lift the polish. Instead, without my consent, he gave me a soak-off and a brand-new set. I never asked for either. When I went to pay, they tried to charge me $55 — even though I specifically asked for a fill, which should’ve been $35. I’m a teacher who budgets carefully, and this completely threw me off. The owner brushed it off as a “misunderstanding” and offered only a $10 discount. That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s dishonest and manipulative. I said more than once that I wanted a fill, and they still went ahead and did what they wanted, then expected me to pay for it. This is unacceptable business practice and taking advantage of customers. Highly disappointed, frustrated, and won’t be returning.

I absolutely love my nails and toes. The gentlemen that did my toes was very nice and did a wonderful job. He gave me a great massage. Sidny did my nails and when I tell you they came out beautiful! She also did my little sisters we both love them! Nobody was rough with us. And no cuts. All in all a great experience. I will be back for sure.

I don't usually leave reviews. But I have had nothing but great service at Cindy's Nails. I always ask for Sun. He is the only person to do my manicures and pedicures since the first day I started going to Cindy's. The salon is very clean and classy. Everyone is very nice and welcoming!

I went in to only get my shellac taken off and the guy was very rough. He drilled my real nails so hard they are still hurting 2 weeks later. They’ve been in extreme pain doing daily tasks and using hot water. You can see the bruises on my nails!!! …..The guy came straight in from his smoke break and didn’t wash his hands which grossed me out.
