2025-11-15My daughters first experience with leg wax was perfect. She did a great job and made her feel comfortable However, my waxing experience on the same day- she was pleasant and friendly however when you pay that amount of money to have to go home to finish waxing clean up apply your own after wax and additionally shape trim and pluck remaining eyebrows I wasn't happy with this experience I have been there multiple times this is the first complaint I have made most of the time my experience is fine I have had a few sessions that could have been better but this one....

2025-04-08I usually go to Pink's but wanted to give this place a shot. Unfortunately, very disappointed. I wasn't expecting a Russian manicure but at least some cuticle work should have been done. She ran out of the nail polish and literally was struggling to scrape some color off the bottle. For $47, at least I can expect you to use a nail polish that actually has some polish left in it. No moisturizer was used, little attention was paid to cuticles, they looked absolutely dry at the end of the appointment and I can still see some polish flooding my cuticles. Very less attention to detail. Won't be coming back 😞 Staff was nice and polite though, and the place was clean.
