Number 1 Nails

Updated! I have been getting my nails done here for almost 2 years now, and I have been extremely happy with their work every single time! I have been treating myself to pedicures all summer. The same gentleman has done them every time, his name is Tang he works in the very last massage / pedicure chair, by the wall), and this guy is the bomb!! He takes his time, and even has my one weird toenail looking normal and healthy again after I stubbed it and split it sideways. I love when he does my fingernails, too, but I've been happy with everyone. I have tips, with acrylic, and get gel polish - and they last! (Every color imaginable is available.) Plus - it's affordable. I had my brows divorced, I mean arched, and that was quick and perfect, too. I always make an appointment, but they can usually book me on the same afternoon when I call in the morning. If I haven't convinced you yet... I drive an hour and a half (each way) to come here. Friendly, clean, sanitary... you won't be disappointed. 6/10/25 - Tang was able to fit me in as a walk in today, and I feel incredible. I'm so happy!

I’ve been coming to this salon for 3 years and always had a wonderful experience until yesterday. I went for a pedi with two friends and we got the deluxe pedicures. We were rushed through the process within 15-20 mins. I will give them another chance since they’ve been very good for the last few years but we were very disappointed. Was going to give 2 stars for service but they recently upgraded their chairs so gave them 3 stars.

😭😭😭😭 If I could give negative stars I would! Absolute worst experience i've ever had in my life. I walked out crying and I'm still living the experience of how absolutely horribly rude and discriminative these 2 women at this Establishment are to their clients. I did add pictures of When she was "done" to show what type of service I received. I asked for a pedicure The lady not only could not speak with me. She would not give me eye contact Regardless of how many times I try getting her attention to communicate? What my wants once a needs? Wshe just got up and would walk away and then come back and sit down and ignore me again. And I would have to get the other nail tech attention. To help in the the nail tech that was doing the manicures both women was so mean and hurtful.. She would not get anyone to help me Communicate with her. There was only one other technician that was able to communicate between the pair of eyes and told me that if I wanted the pedicure done right that I needed to go somewhere else and have it done.. Both ladies were extremely mean disrespectful And continue to talk about me "Behind my back" and then when they seen my phone out they Got worried and asked me if I was on facebook because they didn't want any of this recorded or posted. All I asked for was a simple pedicure with French tips, which is a deep soaking, so you can scrape the dead skin off and then of course, a scrub with the French tip Polish very simple but for some reason they refuse to do that halfway through my pedicure. Before my other foot was even. Scraped of the dead skin, she drained my water argued with me about refilling the water and then told me that she was giving me my pedicure for free. And told me not to come back because she didn't trust my money.. What was it about me that made them feel so comfortable disrespecting me by their body language by their actions by their words? I've never felt so discriminated against in a public sexciting. I was literally in tear is leaving. And I'm literally in tears talking about it again. The lady overbooked herself for 3 appointments at 4 o'clock for pedicures, and one appointment at 4 o'clock for a manicure widget. Sir, which is not my fault. You should never overbook yourself for 3 Manicure's in a 1 hour slot ever. My top Polish, which was a glass coat, is peeling already and my feet are. I'm a very active person and I walk on my feet a but which is why I wanted to pamper myself. But they are load it with. Calluses and all the dead skin that was supposed to be taken up. The bottoms of my feet are so hard that in some places they are yellow and you can practically practically car video outs like it needed to be clipped and filed down. I called back and I asked them to please. Do a proper job. She just continued to tell me The pedicure was what I wanted & A pedicure is what I got and then hung up on me. I never go out and spend money on myself. Let alone pay himper myself so for me to do this. I was really excited and. I didn't expect to definitely didn't expect to be bullied Treated like I didn't matter and was told that. And so many words in my money was no good. Shouldn't trust that I had money to pay for it anyways. What about me made her feel that way . I'm relatively new to the area. It's the last 2 years, almost 3 years. I've never been here and I was referred by a friend that had gone there before. However after the treatment that I received I will never step foot in that place again! 😭😭😭😭😭

I was a mid-day walk-in for a pedicure and I was the only one there, so we got started right away. I chose the #3 Deluxe, which included paraffin and massage. The woman who did my pedi was thorough and conscientious and made sure I was comfortable. I was really happy with the quality of her work. The shop is neat and clean and it appears the equipment is state of the art. I will definitely go back.

Beautiful Christmas set by Ann! I got a full acrylic set with gel polish. This was the first time here for a friend and I. They were very sweet and welcoming. They were quick but also took time with each of us and had no problem with us visiting while waiting for one another. Very pleased, I will definitely be back!
