I booked an appointment for my wife as a birthday present. The first problem I had with them was that the estimate they gave me was just over $200 and the resulting cost was over $300. Well, this of itself would not have everything as it was a birthday present for my wife, they also canceled her appointment twice so she didn’t get her appointment till a month after we had originally scheduled it for. The first time they canceled it because their card reader was down, but they only texted her that it was down five minutes before the appointment when she was already in the parking lot. They rescheduled it that that day, yet somehow the hairdresser texted my wife three days later saying she forgot she had a trip and she was canceling her appointment once again. Never mind you the day of the original appointment. My wife had told him what she wanted and how she wanted to add pink to her hair. And yet somehow on this appointment that happened a month after the original where they were told that she wanted pink hair, they tell my wife that they STILL have no pink coloring for her hair and that it’s not arrived yet. They had a month to order it ahead of time and they could’ve texted her as they had been doing the entire time, but they chose to tell her when she was already sitting in the chair getting her haircut done so she could not back away. The haircut was done beautifully, and the quality of it was amazing, but the level of professionalism and quality of service was absolutely atrocious. Do not recommend going here.

I had a great experience, this is the first time I cut my hair here, asked for a haircut that didn't turn out like I imagined (my hair is curly and has a mind of its own) and they were so nice to have me back in to get it like I wanted. Helen is the absolute best! She is so nice, communicative and talented. Love my haircut!

And the atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. Hair: Crystal is the absolute best. Whether I just want a trim or a full transformation, dye or cut, she's going to make sure I come out looking exactly like my inspiration photos! Plus, she is the sweetest ever & is going to make you feel so at home. Brows: Eve is THAT GIRL when it comes to brows. She's precise, never overdoes it, always gives me what I ask while still complementing my other features. Plus, she has the most kind and calming presence. I always leave feeling so relaxed & confident. Facials: Lindsay is the skincare queen. Every facial feels tailored to me, gentle, & beyond relaxing. She is super knowledgeable while never pushy & helps you actually understand your skin's needs. She's helped me more than any product ever has, I can't recommend her enough! If you're looking for people who care, know their stuff, & make you feel like the royalty that you are, book with them. You'll never look back!

Hailey Luke is amazing. She accepts appointments promptly, really cares about her work and most importantly doesn't cancel the morning of on weekends. Love her and cannot recommend her enough.

I got my hair cut last week. I wanted my natural curly hair to sit on top of my shoulders. I told the person cutting my hair that I have tight curly hair so to cut it about an inch longer. She told me I didn't have curly hair but I do have wavy hair which I thought was strange but I figured we had different definitions. As you can see in the picture my straight hair is sitting on my shoulders. So my natural curly hair is much shorter than what I wanted. I also asked for layers because my hair tends to be very thick at the bottom. I was told she was going to thin my hair to fix this issue, but when she got out the thinning shear she decided she did not want to do it anymore. So I didn't get layers or my hair thinned. I was originally happy with my hair when I left the salon even though I did think it was a tiny bit too short. I figure it was okay since my hair grows fast. When I got home my boyfriend asked my why I got the front of my hair shorter than the back. I then took these pictures attached and noticed how uneven my hair is. I tried contacting the salon to get a refund and didn't hear anything back so I sent another message. I was then told I could get more of my hair cut off to fix this issue or they could give me a refund. I told them I did not want more hair cut off and asked for a refund. It has been multiple days now and I have not heard anything back nor got a refund.
