2025-12-03My friend and I went in on a weekday. I asked for dip on my natural nails with chrome on top, and she got acrylics with a design. Completely destroyed my natural nail by file the old dip off improperly. Later that day I noticed bubbles on most of my nails, not even a week later I have a chipped nail, and most of the top coat has came off. My friends chrome completely came off her designs. Not worth the money.

2025-09-30They do not listen to what you ask for. I also found it dirty. I see you wowed my comment, I'll explain, your technician ate a snickers as she did my nails. Dropping crumbs all over the place. The instruments she used were not directly out of a clean package or washed prior. I asked her to clip my nails 3 different times before she understood. She kept messing up and getting polish on my fingers then digging her nails into my skin to remove it. I asked for round tips, I got uneven nails. I'm not trying to be rude just explaining my bad experience. I still tipped my technician, even tho the job was not well done.
