Golden Nails

The nails didn’t look as great as we would have liked in the first place, but figured we would let it go. However, the second picture is what my daughter’s nails look like one week later. So many of them have come off. Looks horrible.

I’ve been here twice now, and both times have been great! I asked for something different each visit, and they absolutely NAILED it every time. The service is awesome, and everyone is super friendly and really knows what they’re doing. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I leave happy both time! Definitely my go-to spot for nails from now on! First time I was a walk-in so the wait time is about 15 minutes, second time I had an appointment it was very on time! Definitely pay a visit!

I really don’t normally do this but I’m just really frustrated right now. I’m going on a cruise next week and wanted to feel pretty and treat myself for it. When my sister and I got there they came up to us with colors to pick and we showed them the pictures of what we wanted and the lady looked confused and didn’t seem confident, my sister was too nervous to even get what she actually wanted because of the way she acted so she chose an easier design. I rarely get my nails done so it’s exciting to me when I do. So I asked for a manicure and pedicure, just an ombré French tip with a little red heart on one and a French tip pedicure. The pictures of what I wanted and what I got are below. I feel like they didn’t give me what I asked for but it was still cute so whatever. Now my toe nails look like this though… they hurt and are all like bruised and bloody??? I still tipped each of my people $20 because I appreciate the service they’re providing and they were very nice and the lady did do a good job with my nails just not the design I had in mind because I wanted the ombré. That’s not even what I’m really mad about. Yes, I paid all this money and I feel like I didn’t even really get exactly what I wanted, which I was just going to deal with before but now that my toes look like this I couldn’t keep my mouth shut because this is not okay. I feel like I’d rather not have my toes done than them hurt and look all nasty, red and bruised. Maybe the guy who did my toes should be a little gentler when pushing and cutting the cuticles because this should definitely not happen. Hopefully they get better before my cruise. :(

I am absolutely obsessed with how my nails turned out. The atmosphere was so fun and enjoyable, cleanly, and overall made for a wonderful experience. My nails were all done by hand, and are absolutely stunning! My daughter came and got a manicure as well, and at four years old, they were absolutely wonderful to her as well. I definitely recommend!!!

I have been going to Heather for over 2 years. She is not only kind, but also very talented and free hands my designs. I get wonderful pedicures as well and everyone does an amazing job! I highly recommend Golden Nails to my friend's and family. I love my nail day 💖 Thank you again Heather
