(selfie is for reference of what i asked for, pics are what i got) i am actually devastated. i went here for the first time for a FILL explained that i like LONG volume lashes as you can see i had previously in the last picture. not only was i left with extensions that are as short if not SHORTER than my natural lashes they HURT! it hurt when i was getting them done, it hurts to sleep. i spent 110$ just to cry about them all night and now have to pay for a full set elsewhere. it was honestly shocking to see how short they were. also the eyes don't even match as you can see. one is completely flat with no dimension and the other lifts a little. i did tell her at the time it was okay and i liked them bc it had already been over two hours and my parking meter had ran out and i had to get my kids and just wanted to leave. the only positive was how good the conversation was with the tech. but honestly save your money and go elsewhere that will actually listen to what you say you want. edit: i asked for a refund (and was denied) about 20 days later after going to another studio to fix my lashes and paying over 250$.. they were horrified at what they saw... they agreed my lashes looked awful and were not separated and were on my skin and even looked like they had been cut.we did a full removal and their exact words were "you should ask for a refund i'm shocked you even have lashes left," and "i'm surprised you even lasted 20 days with this on your eyes" the owner of this here establishment also told me i could reach out to her legal representatives bc i said i would escalate the situation. (as in contacting bbb like a normal consumer can and is entitled to do.) very sad

What a fantastic experience! This place is adorable, quaint, and classy. The staff are all very experienced and trained on the latest and greatest. I had my lashes done by Briahna. They have stayed longer than anyone else I have gone to. They make their own fan lashes for the hybrid. You may think it's a little more money here but the lashes last longer. You 100% get what you pay for. Thank you, Briahna and Clarkston Spa :)

Had a massage with Ron. He is the best. Makes you feel comfortable. Gives just the right pressure. I get massage brain when I am finished.

Hannah was so sweet and understanding to me being new to everything lashes and waxing. She described everything perfectly and sat down with me to make sure I was getting everything I wanted. I love the way my lashes turned out! The spa itself is so cute and very calming. Will definitely be returning soon.

I will start off to say the setting of the salon was nice , comforting, and calm. We were offered beverages upon entering which was nice. I was originally set to have my lashes done by the owner on saturday, though had to reschedule due to the owners schedule. I was offered a discount and it was no big deal as i was available for the following monday, today and was rescheduled for then. 1. I was set to get a hybrid set…. not all my lashes are lashed (now i understand not all lashes can be lashed if they’re not healthy enough but there are literally 6 lashes on the ends LOL and so . many. gaps…. this is a full set that i was getting.) nor is it a very appealing set… I have had previous long cat eye sets but the curl used is not appealing to my eye shape, and her being a lash artist, this should have been considered, no? 2. I was told i would be receiving a discount for her having to reschedule last minute.. I did not receive said discount and was charged 180 for the set. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but don’t say or offer one thing and not include said offer at time of checkout:) nice people but not worth it.
