I have been seeing Wendy (owner) for many years now and she has never disappointed me! She does an amazing job listening and accommodating her clients opinions and preferences. She is excellent in all types of nail designs. Some things I love about 99 Nails is the friendly environment, quick to schedule appointments, and that your appointments mater to them. A walk in does not make your appointment late. They prioritize their customers. All the staff are very willing to try new things!

Did not listen to request on nail length. I understand English is not strong but to file my one hand down to my skin and leave my other hand with the length that i said okay at the time cutting my nails, was insane. I had to pull my hand out and say stop. I had to tell her she missed steps in the process where she would do 1 hand dip in this white powder and miss 3 fingers on my other hand. The nail Broke 3 days later. Horrible service do not recommend and will never be back.

I get my nails done very rarely, but when I do, I come here!! The staff are excellent at their jobs, so far I have gotten Kathy and Vivian. These ladies have done an amazing job on my nails, so attentive to detail, I LOVE them every time! and very reasonable prices.

Vivian was my nail tech today and she rocked!!! Paid attention to even the smallest detail. Almost fell asleep I was relaxed. The pricing was. Wry reasonable I paid only $75 for this full ombre set with pearls added and chrome overlay.
