Venus Nail Spa

I have been coming to Venus for years. Absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is so sweet, talented, and welcoming — they truly make you feel like family the moment you walk in. Every time I come in, I leave feeling refreshed, pampered, and obsessed with my nails. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and always go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. I highly recommend going to see Eric or Xu.

Very expensive and I don’t mind paying top dollar for top notch quality service, but when I asked for an ombre and I told the technician twice that it’s bubbling, he said it’s not noticeable unless you look at it up close… So you are charging me $15 extra for the sole purpose of the ombré yet I am dissatisfied with the quality of it. Therefore I should not be charged because I did not have a chance to get it removed and just do a solid color because he was in such a rush. I felt compelled to tip, even tho I was unhappy with the service. The two stars are because they got me in and out last minute. By the way the next day the ends were chipping and there was still residue that wasn’t filed. Disappointed .

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. This appointment for an acrylic set lasted 3 hours and I wasn’t talked to once in the appointment. Silence. He used his fingernails to push back my cuticles before using a tool without gloves. He took forever to shape them and Someone else came over to try to help shape them. I asked for black square nails with a sparkle French tip for my birthday and was given duck nails with a couple sparkles on the ends. They’re uneven and lumpy and they look grown out. I was upset but was not about to sit there for another 3 hours to have them fix them. Clipped them and soaked them off right when I got home. $90 down the drain.

⚠️UPDATE ⚠️ I normally don't complain online, but this has never happened to me before. I had an appointment almost 2 weeks ago. The day after I realized my left hand was opaque, I went back because it had no top coat and besides the opaque aspect it had some air bubbles. The tech apologized and redid the left hand. A couple days after my right hand showed the same air bubbles but I didn't want to come back and complain. Then now the bubbles popped and my thumb nail came out, leaving just a thin cover of my natural nail. ________ They called me right after my post and offered me a redo for free. I went there yesterday and a young lady did a great job! I'm editing this post because I saw they are caring about the clients and want them satisfied! Thank you

I had never had a manicure before and in the recommendation of a friend came here- I'm hooked! Xu does a great job! I thought I might want acrylic, but she recommended hard gel and I've loved it. If it weren't for my natural nail growth, my manicures would last indefinitely as far as I can tell. Zero chipping/etc. Xu is very precise with shaping and polish, and always double checks my length with me. The staff is all friendly and I enjoy relaxing here every few weeks. I am always taken/finished on time as well, so accurate scheduling in my experience. Great place!
